When reporting an issue
Please include, if possible:
- App version and build
- iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version
- Whether the issue involved a practice, journal recording or transcription, reminder, or export
- A short description of what happened

Arrive Within is designed for iPhone and iPad without advertising, analytics, tracking, or a custom account.
App data
Practice history, Garden progress, settings, favorites, device-local reminder schedules, and optional journal text, voice recordings, and on-device transcripts are stored on your device. Arrive Within does not analyze journal content for advertising, recommendations, or profiling.
Current local-only storage
The current app does not enable CloudKit or another cloud-sync backend. Practice history, Garden progress, favorites, journal text, transcripts, recordings, reminder schedules, and active session state remain in protected local storage on this device.
Audio, reflections, and reminders
Guided narration, ambience, and bell sounds are bundled with the app. Microphone access is requested only when you choose to record a voice reflection. Speech recognition is requested only when you choose on-device transcription, and notification permission is requested only when you create a reminder or timer alert.
Export and deletion
You can deliberately create a readable export, reset Garden and private history, or choose Delete all Arrive Within data. Files you save or share are handled by the destination app, service, or your iCloud and device setup. The current app sends no deletion request to a developer backend because it stores no product data there.
Support email
If you contact support, I receive your email address and any information you include in your message. I use that information only to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue you reported.
Third parties
Arrive Within does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Apple processes system services under its terms, and destinations you choose process exports you share with them.
